Yes. All of our garments are tested by international authorities such as SGS, ITS, and Bureau Veritas to ensure they are free from formaldehyde and other harmful substances.
2. What makes SAINIYA clothing safe and healthy compared to other brands?
We own our textile factory (fabrics-fty.com), controlling the production from the source to eliminate potential hazards. We avoid harmful dyes and chemical solvents. Every item is strictly safety-tested so you can wear it with confidence.
3. Can I return or exchange my order if needed?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be undamaged and include the invoice. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive the returned items.
4. How long does shipping take in the USA?
We are a US-based company (Sainiya LLC). Domestic shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after order processing (processing time 1–2 business days). International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.
